A plan to train 2,000 prospective settlers in Israel as skilled agricultural and industrial workers was launched here today by the local office of the Jewish Agency.
In announcing the new program, Arieh Chill, Agency representative here, said the plan will be on a non-party basis and will be available to all Zionist groups. Up to now Hachsharoth were organized by individual Jewish organizations. Chill voiced the hope that emigration of Jewish youths from Argentina to the Jewish state will begin within few months.
