The Free Thinkers’ Society of Warsaw called a huge mass meeting for Saturday, the first day of Rosh Hashanah, to propagate the atheistic doctriue. A hall for this purpose was secured in the Kaminsky Yiddish Theatre and the speakers were announced.
At the last moment, however, the authorities withdrew permission to hold the meeting.
