Prominent British Public Figures, Parliamentarians Join Jewish Army Committee

Seven more members of Parliament, including Oliver Locker-Lampson, Conservative, and Graham H. White, Laborite, have joined the Jewish Fighting Force Committee, whose purpose is to secure British permission for the formation of a Jewish military force within the British Army, it was announced here today.

Ten other prominent public figures who announced their adherence to the committee today include the noted economist Harold Laski; J.J. Mallon, leading British social worker; R.D. Blumenfeld, editor and publicist; Lady Violet Bonham-Carter, Lady Snowden and Sylvia Pankhurst.
