The Swedish press today reports that the Rumanian Government has modified its decree providing for the expropriation of Jewish property to exempt foreign Jews who were nationals of Argentina, France, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Switzerland, Iran and Italy on March 28, 1941. The action was taken as a result of negotiations by the governments concerned with the government of Rumania, the Svenska Morgenbladet said.
