When the trial of five Jewish DP’s charged with rioting resumed here today, prosecution witnesses testified that they had heard Rabbi Moses Weiss and several other defendants insult the conducted who had ousted a DP from his bus, thus precipitating the riot. The conductes said that he had seen two of the accused attempt to uncouple the traller section of the bus. Defense witnesses will be heard tomorrow.
