The prospects of Jewish emigration from Morocco are “definitely bad,” Avraham Harman, member of the Jewish Agency executive, told newsmen here today.

Mr. Harman pointed out that though Moroccan Jews are legally entitled to ask for passports, they are prevented by administrative hurdles from obtaining the documents needed to leave the country. He said that the Jewish Agency hoped to be able to have the 200,000 to 250,000 Moroccan Jews out of that country and in Israel within a decade.
