Protest demonstrations to take place next Monday have been planned for the whole of Poland. All Jewish shops throughout the country are to be closed, and thousands of meetings and prayer gatherings will be held, at which resolutions will be adopted and prayer offered for the cessation of the Nazi terror in Germany.
On Saturday night all Jewish national organizations are meeting in conference under the auspices of the Zionist Central Committee in Warsaw, in order to decide on a plan of action.
The Municipal Council of Lodz has adopted a resolution of protest against the persecution of Polish Jews in Germany, and calling upon the Polish Government to take steps for the protection, of Polish citizens.
