Rabbi Julian L. Greifer, director of the Community Center of the Middletown Hebrew Association, has been appointed chaplain at New Hampton Farms, the reformatory conducted by New York City. Rabbi Greifer has also been named instructor in the Old Testament by the International Council for Religious Education, a training school for Sunday School teachers, an institution maintained by Christians.
