The provincial government of Alberta, which is controlled by the Social Credit Party, some of whose leaders have been charged with anti-Semitic tendencies, has refused to allow a number of films warning against race hatred to be shown in schools throughout the province.
Among the banned films is “Man, One Family,” a British Information Office release debunking Nazi race theories. Another of the prohibited productions is the American Army’s “Don’t Be a Sucker,” which relates how Hitler built his world-wide movement by turning race against race and religion against religion.
