A motion introduced by the anti-Semitic group in the Prussian Diet to withhold state credit from East European Jews resident in Prussia was rejected by the Diet.
The anti-Semitic Voelkische group introduced a motion, according to which the Schechita, the Jewish method of slaughtering, would be prohibited in Prussia. The motion was supported by the Deutsch Nationale party.
