The Prussian State Court condemned social ostracism of German Jews in a decision handed down today.
The decision concerned the resolution of the German-Austrian Alpenverein, a sport club, to introduce a percentage for Jewish members. Since 1925 when the resolution was adopted, a large number of Jews were excluded from membership. The court ruled that this discriminatory resolution was contrary to the statutes.
