Rabbi Ben H. Frankel, in charge of the Hillel Foundation at the University of Illinois. Champaign. Ill., is seriously ill with heart disease. He has been confined to his bed in St. Mary’s hospital in Champaign for two weeks and physicians say that it will be some time before he will be able to leave the institution.
