Rabbi Bezalel Rakow, a leader of Britain’s fervently Orthodox community, died Saturday. Rakow was born in Germany in 1927. Chairman of the Council of Torah Sages of the Agudas Yisroel of Great Britain, Rakow immigrated to England with his family in 1939.
