Rabbi David Clayman, longtime director of the American Jewish Congress’ Israel office, died from cancer overn ight Thursday at age 69. Clayman also was a fellow of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs and a frequent lecturer on Israeli and Jewish affairs.
