Rabbi Abraham J. Feldman, of Temple Beth Israel here, is being congratulated on the celebration of two anniversaries, the fifteenth of his ordination as a rabbi, and the eighth of his arrival in this city.
Since Rabbi Feldman came here in 1925 to become spiritual head of Temple Beth Israel, he has attained an estimable position as one of the outstanding Jewish leaders in Connecticut.
Rabbi Feldman was born in 1893 and educated in New York and Cincinnati. He was for a time associated with Rabbi Stephen Wise of the Free Synagogue, and has also been associate rabbi of the Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel, Philadelphia.
