Rabbi Samuel Fredman, president of the Philadelphia Board of Jewish Ministers and rabbi of Congregation Beth El for the past 27 years, died today at the age of 55 after a stroke. Funeral services will be held tomorrow and burial will be in Cleveland. A widow and two children survive him.
