Rabbi I.M. Lewin, Israel Minister of Welfare, arrived here yesterday to attend a five-day meeting of the world executive of Agudas Israel, of which he is a member. Rabbi Lewin expects to remain in the United States two weeks. The Agudah conference opens on Monday.
