Rabbi Jonah B. Wise of New York will be principal speaker here Sunday night when Boston’s campaign for $100,000 for the relief of Jews in Germany will be launched. Other speakers include Judge William M. Lewis of Philadelphia, national chairman of the American Palestine Campaign, who will reveal plans for the reception of refugees in Palestine, and Rabbi Harry Levi, who is in charge of Boston’s relief fund campaign.
