Rabbi Kalman Kahane, Israel’s Deputy Minister of Education, member of the Knesset, and president of the Poalei Agudat Israel Party, was given a reception here today by leaders of the movement in the United States. The ultra-Orthodox Poalei Agudat Israel is a worker’s party with two seats in the Knesset (Parliament) and is a member of the Mapai-led Israel Government coalition.
