The city of New York paid its tribute to the three great Jewish leaders, Chief Rabbi Kook of Palestine, Rabbi Schapiro and Rabbi Epstein who arrived today on the Olympic, as the representatives of the Central Relief Committee in its campaign for $1,000,000 for the support of institutions of learning abroad. The delegation was escorted from the Olympic by the Mayor’s boat to the Battery where it landed to the accompaniment of cheering crouds and flag-vedecked streets. An auto procession several miles long, accompanied by a squad of cycle police, conveyed the guests to the City Hall where they were accorded an official reception by the Mayor and officials of the city.
