Hacohen Kook, Chief Rabbi of Palestine, cabled the World Mizrachi Conference now in session at Krakau, Poland, urging peace among the various Zionist factions and parties and stressing the necessity of helping the German and Russian Jews. He emphasized in particular the necessity of transferring the Russian Jews to Palestine.
