Rabbi Joseph S. Kornfeld, United States Minister to Persia, has rendered his resignation, which has been accepted by President Coolidge. Rabbi Kornfeld was appointed to his post by the late President Harding.

It is stated here that the resignation was caused by the pressure of private business, and it is expected that the former Minister will again occupy one of the pulpits in the State of Ohio.
