Dr.A.S.W. Rosenbach, president of the American Jewish Historical Society, announced today appointment of Rabbi Isidore S. Meyer as librarian of the society. The library comprises the largest collection of material relating to American Jewish history in this country. Rabbi Meyer succeeds the late Edward D. Coleman, bibliographer, who died last August. He began his duties on April 1.
