Rabbi Phillip W. Jaffa, Regional Rabbi for the Union of American Hebrew Congregations, Department of Synagogue and School Extention, at Cincinnati, was a speaker at the annual meeting of the Northwest Conference in St. Paul, Minn., today.
The sessions of the conference were devoted to the discussion of Jewish Religious and Educational problems of the small communities in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
