Rabbi Meir Berlin, founder and honorary president of the World Mizrachi, orthodox Zionist group, today withdrew his resignation as a member of the Mizrachi World Executive, submitted one week ago. Rabbi Berlin resigned at that time because of differences with other members of the executive.
Rabbi Berlin declared he had reconciled his differences with the executive and would resume his membership.
At the same time a committee composed of the various groups within the Mizrachi was organized and empowered to decide upon all questions concerning organizational matters.
The committee includes Chief Rabbi Ben Zion Uziel and Dr. Pinkas of the Palestine Mizrachi; Rabbi Jacob Berman of the Mizrachi Havatik, and Moshe Shapiro and Dr. Gottesdiener of the Hapoel Hamizrachi.
