Rabbi Henry Segal, former spiritual leader of the B’nai Israel Congregation at Newburgh, N. Y., has been named to take charge of the Congregation Ohav Sholem in Albany. He will take charge at once.

He succeeds Rabbi Hirsch Strauss, who has gone to Shenandoah, Pa.
