Rabbi Jacob Rothschild, of the Temple bombed last October 12, testified today that George Bright, accused of the bombing, questioned him about the world’s Jewish population several months before the bombing. Bright is on trial in Fulton county superior court.
The rabbi’s testimony came after Judge Jeptha C. Tanksley held it admissible. When the nature of the testimony was first indicated, the defense vigorously objected. Defense attorney R. Garland maintained that it would inflame the jury.
