Rabbi Binyamin Pery, of Jerusalem, said that he would go to Morocco shortly and also to Spain to advise the governments in those countries on setting up kosher hotels. Pery, who is kashrut supervisor at the Jerusalem Plaza Hotel, said the Moroccan authorities contacted him while he was visiting the U.S. recently and issued an invitation.
He said the Moroccan government plans to build four kosher hotels and that the Spanish government intends to build 22 in the near future and has requested his aid. He said he would probably visit both countries in Septembers.
