A call to Jewish congregations to organize for the purpose of strengthening Jewish religious life was issued yesterday by Rabbi Israel Lebendiger in connection with the conference called by the United Synagogue of America of representatives of congregations, women’s organizations, and young people’s groups in the Catskill Mountain region.
