Rabbi Julius Weill, Professor of Talmud at the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary and Yeshiva College since 1931 died of a heart attack yesterday. He was 83 years of age. Born in Grodno, Russia he studied at local yeshivas where he was ordained at an early age. He subsequently served as Chief Rabbi of Kurland, Lublin, and Suvalk, in Russia.
