Weiler, spiritual leader of the Jewish Reform movement in South Africa who is new on a visit here in behalf of the combined Union of American Hebrew Congregations-Hebrew Union College campaign, this week-end received a cable from Johannosburg that at a meeting of the Jewish Reform Congregation there he was unanimously elected Chief Minister of the congregation for life.
