Rabbi William F. Rosenblum of New York, has been re-elected president of the Synagogue Council of America for the ensuing year, it was announced here today. The Council is composed of representatives of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations, United Synagogues of America, Union of Orthodox Congregations, Central Conference of American Rabbis, Rabbinical Assembly of America and Rabbinical Council of America.
