Funeral services were held Thursday for Rabbi Yitzhak Leversohn, dean of the Tel Aviv rabbinate, who died at the age of 94. Rabbi Leversohn served for over 40 years as head of the kashrut department of the Tel Aviv rabbinate. The burial services at Nahlat Binyamin Cemetery were attended by Chief Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, the Sephardic Chief Rabbi of Israel and Tel Aviv.
