Rabbi Ephraim E. Yolles of Philadelphia sailed on Monday for Europe on the steamer Europa.
Rabbi Yolles will visit a number of countries abroad and will attend the sessions of the world Jewish conference in Geneva beginning on August 14th, to which he has been named a delegate.
Rabbi Yolles, who will remain abroad for six weeks, will visit the libraries in Paris and Munich to compare versions of the manuscripts of the Babylonian Talmud, for his work on the Talmud which deals with text criticism.
