Wise of New York and Rabbi William Rosenau of Baltimore were elected to the board of governors of the Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati at the recent meeting of the Congregation of American Rabbis. Rabbi William B. Schwartz of Temple Israel, Lawrence, L. I., was the third member elected to this board.
