Reform Judaism, if it is to continue to grow, must be dynamic and ever seeking to enlarge the boundaries of the synagogue and revitalize the spiritual content of the Jewish religion, Rabbis Stephen S. Wise and Maurice N. Eisendrath stressed here, addressing a dinner at the Palmer House marking the 95th anniversary of Temple Isaiah Israel here.
Drs. Wise and Eisendrath were the principal speakers at the function, which was attended by 1,000 persons. Dr. Morton M. Berman, rabbi of Temple Isaiel Israel, also spoke. Messages of congratulation were received from federal, state and municipal officials, headed by President Truman.
