Premier Yitzhak Rabin warned Syria and Egypt today against using the lethal Soviet-made Scud missile against populated areas in Israel. Speaking in Kiryat Shemona, Rabin said Israel has its own means of hitting at population centers in Egypt and Syria should the two Arab countries use the missiles which are capable of causing mass casualties. Rabin, however, did not disclose how Israel would hit back.
