Following the lead of other semi-official and pro-Nazi German newspapers, Julius Streicher’s newspaper, Der Stuermer, rejoices that anti-Semitic groups are growing in various parts of the world.
“When Hitler announced Germany’s withdrawal from the League of Nations,” Der Stuermer says, “he added that in time the world will realize the character of the German Jewish refugees. The world has now opened its eyes to their character. Where-ever German Jewish refugees have settled, anti-Semitic parties have been formed — in Holland, in France, in Switzerland and even in Palestine. The more Jews come and the longer they remain, the more anti-Semitism grows.”
