Outlawing of racial and religious hatved and ## guarantees of freedom of religion have been incorporated into the draft of the new Bulgarian constitution, which is being written by a special parliamentary commission it was learned today.
Article 61 of the draft states that propaganda aimed at spreading racial, national or religious hatred shall be punishable under the law. All citizens shall be free to “define their national origin.” Article 69 provides that all national minorities shall be given the right to study in their mother tongue and develop their national culture.
