A regular cash dividend of eight dollars for the year 1960 has been declared by the board of directors of Rassco Financial Corporation, New York, at its annual meeting held on January 18, it was announced here today.
The dividend is made up of a four dollar interim dividends paid during the year plus the final four dollars payable on February 1, 1961, to stockholders of record as of December 31, 1960. The 1960 dividend equals the one paid for the year 1959. Rassco Financial Corporation was incorporated nine years ago to finance the acquisition of real property in Israel by American investors.
