A bronze tablet in memory of Rathenau, which was placed at one of the main approaches to the Grunewald, on the site where he was assassinated, has been removed.

The National Socialist Medical Society and the National Socialist Lawyers Association of the province of Franconia adopted a resolution demanding the complete elimination of Jews from the liberal professions. This resolution was adopted in the face of the tendency of the government to permit certain classes of Jewish lawyers to continue in the practice of their profession.
