Raul Rego, the Portuguese Socialist leader, has cancelled a visit to Israel as guest of the Labor Party due to the tense political situation in Portugal, it was announced Monday. He had been expected to arrive here Sunday. Dr. Rego was Minister for Social Communications in the Cabinet of the former President Gen. Antonio De Spinola.
