Recommendation of the continuance of the work of the Committee on Good Will Between Christians and Jews, of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations, was made by Roger W. Straus, of New York, chairman of the committee, in his report to the semi-annual meeting of the Executive Board of the Union here, Saturday evening.
This committee, according to Mr. Straus, has cooperated with the Good Will Committee of the Federal Council of Churches whose Information Service bulletin has listed the tracts on Jewish subjects published jointly by the Union and the Central Conference of American Rabbis.
Mr. Straus also pointed out the series of luncheon seminars on “The Problems of Understanding Among Jews, Roman Catholics and Protestants” which was arranged under the joint auspices of his committee and the National Conference of Jews and Christians.
