A record goal of $1.5 million for 1973 was adopted at the West Coast annual conference and banquet of the Israel Histadrut Campaign here Sunday night. The sum is 50 percent more than the 1972 target. One-third is in cash pledges and the balance in long-term commitments to the Histadrut Foundation, according to Abraham Frank, West Coast director. Max Zimmer was elected Western regional campaign president succeeding Julius Fligelman who was named honorary president. Victor M. Carter and John I. Marder were elected vice presidents. Carter is a member of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency Board of Directors. Morton J. Bloom was elected city chairman.
