The American Red Cross is prepared to handle welfare inquiries addressed to persons in Holland, Belgium and Luxemburg, it was announced today. This is an extension of facilities previously applied to Poland, Norway and Finland. Since it was established, the Red Cross inquiry service has cleared 24,000 inquiries from Americans seeking to locate relatives or friends in the war areas
