A census of refugees living in Yugoslavia may lead to new general regulations regarding their status, including forced concentration in several cities, it became known here today. Concentration of refugees in several cities is already in effect in Croatia, where the system was introduced after the Croats were given autonomy. Daruvar and Samubor, well-known Croatian health resorts, have been specified as refugee centers.
