Refugee Expulsion March 1st, Despite Promise

Despite the promise by Prime Minister Schikorski that Jewish refugees from the Ukraine would be granted permission to stay until July 1st, the Minister of the Interior today confirmed a previous order that the expulsion of the homeless commence March 1st.

At the Sejm Commission meeting yesterday, Deputy Polakewitsch leader or the Peasant Party, proposed the revoking of licenses for the sale of tobacco and liquor held by Jews.
