The District Court today fined a Jewish refugee who admitted he tried unsuccessfully to chip a piece of stone from the Wailing Wall as a souvenir. The Arab police inspector who appeared to testify against the defendant declared that such acts were likely to cause trouble between Jews and Arabs.
