Special courts to deal with Germans and Austrians now in Britain have been established by the Home Office, the Ministry of Information announced today. The courts will decide whether German nationals are to be interned or–as in the case of many anti-Nazi refugees–merely paroled. Twenty-three jurists were appointed to the London court.
