Regulations pertaining to the dispatch of parcels ?o Israel, as agreed to by United States aid Israeli postal authorities, were announced today by the Israeli Office of Information here.
Addressees in Israel must be in possession of import licenses in order to receive commercial parcels, gift packages exceeding $60 in value and parcels sent is bona fide gifts valued between four and sixty dollars when more than one is received during a six-month period. Gift parcels not exceeding four dollars in value may be received by persons in Israel in unlimited numbers and without import licenses.
